As a committed donor to our Education Fund, we have honored Natalie with a scholarship in her name for a girl who exemplifies the charity’s values and standards of excellence. Lorita Packwood
AML/ATF Compliance Officer & Education Fund Chair;
joined as a volunteer Board Member in 2010 and then assumed oversight of the Education Fund in 2014. As a supportive Parent of 2 Dream Girls Club participants, she has assisted in various fundraising events and the weekly snack supplies. Mackenzie Costa
Youth Representative
joined as a participant at age 9; joined as a volunteer Board Member in 2015 to provide insight from the perspective of the young people; performed outstanding service to the charity in the areas of fundraising, social media network design, creative art design of the Dream Girls book and any area of need. Two-time Recipient of the Youth Volunteer of the Year – Centre on Philanthropy; Argus Rising Star Award for creative design work contributions; and recipient of the charity’s 2019 Natalie Millar Scholarship Award. She is presently excelling at her degree program in California in the area of Graphic Art & Design.

Shanna Hollis
joined the Board in June 2020. Shanna was attracted to the charity’s mandate and creative style of service. She has had a vision to operate a girls’ charity since her youth; now as a thriving young professional, she is poised to make that dream a reality as she steps into the role of volunteer PROGRAM FACILITATOR. In that function, she will exercise her first major initiative: PROJECT MANAGER of the Dream Girls Club Social Media App. Shanna represents the fulfillment of the Board’s long-term goal of engaging a committed and innovative partner to take our program to higher heights through the medium of technology.
