On April 13, 2024, the Dream Girls Club sponsored a SPOKEN WORD MASTER CLASS presented by CHRIS LILLIE. Chris is a Bermudian/New Yorker, a Teacher/Educator, Church Music Minister, and Poet/Spoken Word Artist. This powerful workshop helped attendees to recognize their voice, presented tools and practices to develop their personal gift, and imparted a new level of self-confidence. Participants included young people and seniors who left the workshop with very positive remarks. Chris Lillie closed the session with a brilliant poetic portrait of himself that left everyone with a WOW! The aim is to invite Chris Lillie back in the near future.
